Tasked with optimising eBay’s ‘eBay for Business’ YouTube channels across European markets, I devised a process for extracting video performance insights whilst implementing best-practice strategies for their channels to grow. This deepened their understanding of who their audiences are and resulted in new video formats being developed tailored to each market.
